Former SHIELD field agent, accidentally abducted in place of another target. Even though she was not the intended target, Hydra went ahead and put her in the Valkyrie program. It was uncertain whether she would make it through the final phase of the program, after proving difficult to recondition once exposed to extreme stress. While some candidates can progress smoothly through the phases in the shortest possible time, she lingered in each stage the maximum recommended timeframe and only barely managed to pass to the next level each time. She is prone to lapsing into near catatonic states while alone or during rec time. When not debilitated due to shock or stress, she is obedient, violent, non-vocal, and operates at maximum casualty potential.

V. Sanngrior -The Very Violent, The Very Cruel- (Jaq Carlyle)

The volatile. Of all those in the program, she is the most unstable when it comes to mental conditioning and medication. She is constantly “phasing out,” and has been put on a dosage two times higher than others. Even with the higher dosage, she still breaks out of the control of the drug. It is her instability and the constant need for dosage and reconditioning that prompted the program to begin work on the secretion organ. Clinically, she is classified as having numerous psychotic disorders as a direct result of Hydra’s mental and medical manipulation. Extremely erratic mentally, cognitively, and personality-wise, but has the highest mission success rate on the team at ninety-eight percent. Has never harmed another Valkyrie, but has killed numerous Hydra agents during her slips.

IV. Alvitr -All-Wise- (Sloane Deerfield)

Former UK Defence Academy instructor. Fluent in 17 languages with an absurdly high level IQ. She is responsible for training some of the best officers, agents, and security personnel in the United Kingdom, many of whom are top Hydra targets on both the Kill-On-Sight and Capture-On-Sight lists. She was abducted from her home during holiday and was vigorously interrogated for intel before being put in the program. She is considered High-Risk upon the suspicion that she is more aware of what is going on than the others in the program, and thus somehow more resistant. She is regularly “soaked” in phase medication and mental reconstruction, regardless of there being any observable need to.

III. Hrist -The Quaking One- (Selene Dupree)

Presumed KIA. United Nations Special Forces agent, she was captured and reconditioned by Hydra and became their mole in the OIOS. Specifically, her duties included internal audit, investigation, monitoring, evaluation, inspection, reporting and support services to the United Nations Secretariat – she was expected to relay all information back to Hydra. Additionally, she was responsible for over sixty assassinations of global figureheads. The circumstances regarding her death are unclear to others in the project.

II. Lokk -Noise and Battle- (Eve Hildigrist)

SHIELD agent who had a mental break, was put on medical leave and just up and resigned, disappeared shortly after. She was the first to successfully be put on the combination of drugs used in all four phases of the program. She was the easiest to convert once in the program, and continues to work with consistency on low dosage regimes. Her mission success rate is the second highest on the team, but she requires the least amount of boosting drugs (adrenaline, anabolic steroids, nootropics, etc..) when put in the field.

I.  Geironul -The One Charging Forth With the Spear- (Diana Westigard)

The prototype. She was the first to be inducted into the project. Many of the medications and techniques used on her are today considered too harsh even by Hydra standards; she is, however, considered to be unquestionably loyal to Hydra and is the only specimen considered one-hundred percent converted to the cause. As such, she requires less medication and conditioning. Her life as a Valkyrie is the only life she remembers, and the records detailing her former life have long since been destroyed.
